Return Process

Log into your dstore account or contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization Number.

Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury brand boxes and authenticity cards are included to avoid rejection.

Schedule a Pickup
Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the parcel from your doorstep anywhere in Egypt.
4.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
